Cutting Ranch
Cutting Ranch was designed as a thoughtful new build set on an expansive horse ranch, where simplicity and authenticity were always the guiding principles. From the start, the goal was to create a home that felt grounded in its surroundings; uncomplicated, intentional, and deeply connected to the land. Classic ranch elements like grand white oak beams and solid interior doors establish a strong architectural backbone, giving the home a sense of permanence and scale. Texas limestone was layered throughout to add texture, warmth, and a regional character that feels both familiar and timeless.

Gentle light filters across warm oak beams and textured fabrics, giving the home a balanced feel—open, grounded, and refined.
SPACE
While the design nods to a traditional ranch style, longevity was always top of mind. Materials were selected for their durability and ability to age gracefully, ensuring the home will look just as good decades from now. We also wove in elements that reflect the client’s specific lifestyle, values, and needs, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and inclusivity. Every space was designed to feel welcoming, functional, and easy to live in, without unnecessary excess.
The result is a home that feels classic but not dated, refined yet relaxed. Cutting Ranch strikes a balance between tradition and thoughtful innovation, creating a space that honors its setting while standing the test of time.
