'Round the Tub
‘Round The Tub completely reimagined this primary suite with one clear goal in mind: bringing true functionality and flow back into the space. Before the remodel, the bathroom felt oversized yet disjointed, with the vanities, shower, and built-in tub pushed around the perimeter under heavy faux fur downs that gave the room a colder, more dated contemporary feel. The turning point was deciding to center the entire layout around a grand, round stone tub—and once that move was made, everything else fell naturally into place.
Palette
Honed marble tile softened the overall aesthetic, while walnut accents brought warmth and richness back into the space. Unique lighting choices add a gentle glow, enhancing the spa-like atmosphere. The result is a bathroom that feels calm, elevated, and restorative. Like stepping into a private spa that supports both daily routines and long moments of wellness.
SPACE
By anchoring the room with the tub, we were able to expand the vanities and create a more intentional circulation path throughout the space. Layered elements were thoughtfully introduced, including an entry table moment, a cozy sitting corner, and a custom shower bench that cleverly houses the plumbing for the tub filler. These details add depth and usability without cluttering the room.
